RETURN POLICY

Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from the date your VICTOIRE FITNESS order was delivered.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
We understand that sometimes an item doesn't suit you and you want to return or exchange it. As long as your items were purchased from victoirefitness.com and are still in their original condition, you can return them within 30 days.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Underwear and swimwear: These cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Socks: Can be returned if sealed in original packaging.
  • Bottles: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized items: Cannot be returned.
  • Dietary supplements: Can only be returned if unopened, with the seal intact, in perfect resale condition and in their original packaging.
  • In the U.S. and Canada, items with a final discount of 60% or more are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds or store credits. These items will be marked as “Final Sale” on the product page and will be clearly visible at checkout.


This does not affect your statutory rights.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to refund you.

All items are inspected upon return.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
This may depend on how long it takes for the return carrier to return the items to us before they are processed for return to our warehouse. However, we will ensure that your return is processed within a maximum of 7 days once it is back in our warehouse.

GOOD TO KNOW...

  • We only offer refunds on the original payment method used to place the order.
  • For purchases where a gift card is used to cover all or part of the order amount, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 days to process from the date your order is received in our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 5 additional days for your refund to appear on your account once processed.

Exchanges are currently available at the following store:

If for any reason we are unable to process an exchange, you will receive an email confirming a refund to your original payment method. A refund may take up to 5 business days to process and return to your account.

RETURN POLICY FOR EPHEMERAL BOUTIQUES AND EVENTS
Returns from VICTOIRE FITNESS ephemeral boutiques and events are accepted according to our usual return policy. However, we will need you to contact us and provide your e-receipt so that we can verify your purchase, open our returns portal and issue a refund*.

*If payment was made in cash, items eligible for return can only be refunded as in-store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

If you have paid by debit/credit card, we will be able to make the refund on the original method of payment, provided you can provide proof of purchase. Your e-receipt contains your order number, which we will need to trace your order and start the returns process.
